Your card issuer may be withholding approval because of some reason related to your account, or the number you sent us may not be a valid credit card number. Sometimes the reasons for the decline are not clear, and the card is eventually approved. We will keep trying to charge this card in the days ahead, but if you feel using another account will be easier, please follow the instructions below for submitting new card information.
Please note that we will keep trying to charge your account for 10 days. If we cannot get payment for this order from you in that time, this order, and all other orders you have on file with us will be cancelled. If this credit card account is not working, and you don't have a different account available to try, we ask that you contact us at trouble@hlj.com to work out an alternate payment method, such as by PayPal, and avoid having your order(s) cancelled.
To submit new card information, or to correct the information you have on file with us, please send us your new credit card information as soon as possible by using the secure "Account Maintenance System" located at secure.hlj.com/account/login . If we receive new information from you, we will automatically attempt to charge the new card, and get your order on its way to you, so you don't need to e-mail us seperately regarding this.
